    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: No cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time: A cancellation fee of 100 rupees will be charged.
  3. Rescheduling:

    • We offer the flexibility to reschedule your service appointment without any additional charges, provided the rescheduling request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

Refund Policy

At Bharat Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our service or need to cancel, we offer a straightforward refund process:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Customers who cancel their service appointment more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
    • If the service is canceled by Bharat Service due to unforeseen circumstances, customers are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation confirmation.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  3. Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Cancellation fees incurred due to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
